Peter Tanner AM
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Peter’s experience encompasses executive search and selection, as well as assessment and development for senior management positions Internationally and also throughout Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. His industry expertise includes government, resources, utilities, healthcare, pharmaceutical/ medical, biotechnology, FMCG and manufacturing. Peter has recruited across all levels of management to CEO/Board level. Peter has a enjoyed a long involvement with the RCSA, serving on the National Board as Vice President as well as being a Councillor at Victorian state level, during times of significant change when the RCSA was founded
MANAGING DIRECTOR & PARTNER
Ian has considerable experience in the executive recruitment and consulting industry, working with government and private and public companies in numerous sectors. Ian is a Fellow and Past Regional President of the peak industry organisation, the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

A proven, senior executive with experience across professional services and healthcare sectors. Peter has had a varied career, performing at an executive level within global organisations with responsibility for national and international business activities, mergers and acquisitions as well as complex integrations. He has extensive license experience and an enviable reputation for his ability to maintain an existing business base whilst coordinating significant change across multiple sites and disciplines. Peter is also a Fellow and Life Member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association
